Buying and/or selling is a delicate and dynamic balance of real estate laws and regulations, contract language, the tangible elements of the home, the time frames and results of the home inspection, appraisal, and how best to settle differences between expectations vs reality.

With decades of boots on the ground and continual learning and study, I can usually figure out a way to arrive at a win-win solution to every hiccup in the transaction, and to get to the closing table with as little stress as possible.

For sellers, I provide unbiased pricing information, marketing programs and staging suggestions that get their property exposed in its best light. I will not "buy your listing" by giving you an inflated suggested list price that will result in a very long DOM (days on market), which usually leads to deeply discounted offers, or worse yet, no offers.

For buyers, when showing property, I keep a low-keyed neutral stance so as not to influence them in the serious business of deciding what is best for them.
